RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENT – URGENT HIRING FOR HIGH-END RESTAURANT - BULGARIA

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the top restaurants in town, known for its exceptional standards and premium-quality cuisine. The establishment takes pride in offering some of the finest meats available, including steaks valued at over €300, and various cuts of premium meats served to a high-end clientele.

Due to the high standards of the restaurant, all candidates must have prior experience working in a restaurant environment. This is especially critical for the BBQ Chefs, who will be responsible for grilling and preparing high-value meats to precise specifications.

Open Positions:

BBQ Chefs – 2 positions

Salary: €800 – €1,200 depending on experience

Must have solid BBQ/grill experience and attention to detail when working with premium meat cuts

Kitchen Assistants / Preparation Staff – 2 positions

Salary: €550 – €650

Must have experience supporting chefs, food prep, and basic kitchen duties

Kitchen Helpers / Dishwashers – 4 positions

Salary: €550 – €650

Responsibilities include dishwashing, basic cleaning, and supporting general kitchen hygiene

Cleaner (Housekeeper Role) – 1 position

Working hours: 08:00 – 12:00 and 16:00 – 20:00

Salary: €550 – €650

Bar Assistant – 1 position

Previous bar experience preferred

Gardener / General Worker – 1 position

Flexible role assisting with outdoor and maintenance duties
