We are looking for several candidates (m/f) for a client from the city of Vinkovci (inland of the Republic of Croatia), Republic of Croatia.

Terms:
• Salary: 1000 EUR net
• Depending on the skills and work shown, there is a possibility of bonuses
• Employment is initially temporary for a minimum period of 12 months with a trial period of 30 days. There is a possibility of permanent job.
• Accommodation will be provided at the latest upon the worker’s arrival
• The accommodation accommodates a maximum of three people. The employer pays for the accommodation and the workers themselves pay for the utilities
• Work is 6 days a week, 1 day off a week
• Work is done in shifts. The shift work schedule is determined by the employer. The first shift is from 9 am to 4 pm, and the second from 3 pm to 9 pm
• The employer pays for the utilities. in a room for two.
• Workers take care of their own food on their own cost
Job Description:
• The candidate must be familiar with modern trends in hair and beard cutting
• Hair and beard styling, with the majority of the work being in the following ratio: 80 percent hair cutting and 20 percent beard
• Cutting, trimming, styling and coloring clients’ hair according to their instructions,
• Cutting, shaving faces and trimming beards and mustaches for male clients.
• Cutting classic and modern men’s hairstyles, shaving beards, trimming mustaches and beards, toning hair, children’s haircuts.
• Must know how to work with a razor blade,
• Must know the fade haircut technique (fade haircut),
• Beard styling, shaving beards with a razor/razor and trimming with a clipper.
• Recommend treatments and products
• Consult with clients and advise on hairstyle and hair treatment options
• Maintain salon sanitation and health standards, including cleaning and disinfecting work areas
• Billing clients
• And other work related to the job as ordered by the employer

Employer’s note:

• Candidate must be between 25 and 45 years old
• Any nationality
• Male candidates are preferred, but female candidates are also welcome
• English language proficiency at a minimum of A2 level
• Must have proof that they are a hairdresser-barber, which means that they must have a school or course that shows that they are qualified for the job of a hairdresser-barber, as well as an employment contract with a current or previous employer that clearly states that they worked in the position for which they are applying
• A minimum 5-minute video of the candidate’s work is required. Workers will be tested upon arrival at the employer to see if they know what they say they know.on videos they have to show different skills.
